WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Actively hunt for strategic B2B partnership opportunities across various sectors and regions.
- Build and manage new partnership relationships. Introduce our platform solutions and suggest best tailored solutions.
- Structure and pitch new innovative solutions that can elevate our partner's businesses and help them resolve key pain points.
- Negotiate and execute treaty agreements with the partners.
- Research and keep abreast with market needs and demands. Work with the relevant internal stakeholders to further develop innovative insurance products relevant to the company’s target segments.
- Analyse partnership performance, derive insights, and recommend actions to improve partner's performance, effectiveness and growth.
Requirements
WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:
- 3-8 years of experience in developing partnerships in the Finance, Retail or related industry, preferably within APAC region.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
- Results driven with a keen analytical ability to turn insights into action.
- Highly motivated with a sense of urgency and willingness to adjust in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and problem solve with excellent time management skills.
- Creative self-starter and quick learner with a can-do attitude.
- Can work independently, self-reliant, and self-motivated.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) is required
- Conversational proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Japanese, to engage clients and partners across these markets
