RESPONSIBILITIES: Redaktion & Content-Erstellung: Redaktionelle Verantwortung für interne und externe Kommunikationskanäle sowie Erstellung zielgruppengerechter Corporate Contents für unterschiedliche Formate und Kanäle. Themen-Scouting & Storytelling: Eigenständiges Identifizieren, Recherchieren, Aufbereiten und Übersetzen von Themen in verständliche und relevante Stories. Presse- & Öffentlichkeitsarbeit: Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von PR-Aktivitäten, Erstellung von Pressemitteilungen, Betreuung von Medien- und Verbandskontakten sowie Beantwortung von Presseanfragen. Themen- & Kanalmanagement: Kanalübergreifende Kommunikationsplanung sowie redaktionelle und konzeptionelle Weiterentwicklung von Intranet und Corporate Content-Plattformen. Interne Beratung & Abstimmung: Kommunikative Beratung von Fachbereichen sowie Moderation interner Abstimmungsprozesse mit Fachabteilungen, internationalen Standorten und Projektteams. Moderne Tools: Quellenbewusste Nutzung von KI-Werkzeugen zur redaktionellen Unterstützung, Recherchevorbereitung, Themenmonitoring und Prozessoptimierung. REQUIREMENTS: Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich PR, Kommunikationswissenschaften, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in der Unternehmenskommunikation, o.Ä. Fundierte Erfahrung im Recherchieren, Verfassen und Redigieren komplexer B2B-Themen für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen, Formate und Kanäle. Ausgeprägtes Gespür für Markenidentität, Tonalität, Medienlogik und zielgruppenspezifische Aufbereitung im B2B-Umfeld. Versierter Umgang mit MS Office, CMS-Systemen und modernen KI-Werkzeugen zur redaktionellen Unterstützung; Basiskenntnisse in der visuellen Content-Aufbereitung, zum Beispiel mit Adobe Creative Cloud, sind von Vorteil. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Moderations- und Beratungskompetenz, Hands-on-Mentalität, Teamgeist sowie eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
