Job Description: Job Title: Service Manager Location: Houston, TX Pay Range: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 We’re hiring a Service Manager to lead our service department in —driving performance, improving workflow, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll manage technicians, oversee daily operations, and take ownership of service results. What You’ll Do Lead daily service operations, scheduling, and workflow Manage and develop Service Technicians Drive key metrics: service revenue, productivity, turnaround time, customer satisfaction Partner with Sales and Parts to support operations Oversee work orders, billing, and inventory Systems & Tools Work within a Dealer Management System (DMS) (DealerTeam preferred) Use Excel and reporting tools to track performance and KPIs Maintain accurate scheduling, documentation, and service records Strong computer literacy and system discipline are essential for success.
