What are we looking for?
We’re looking for a Senior Infra Engineer who’s excited to shape the backbone of our technology landscape. In this role, you'll join a small, hands-on engineering team (2 people) where you’ll take strong ownership of our infrastructure and help drive its evolution.
Our environment is mainly hosted (Combell) with a growing cloud footprint. Your mission is to stabilize, modernize, and prepare it for future cloud adoption through containerization.
What are your key responsibilities?
- Manage our Microsoft ecosystem (Windows Server, IIS, AD, Entra, SQL, O365)
- Operate our hosted infrastructure (Combell) + small Azure footprint
- Drive automation (Terraform, scripting)
- Contribute to containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Ensure performance, reliability, and security
- Improve CI/CD and monitoring
- Collaborate closely on architecture decisions
Requirements
- 5+ years in infra engineering
- Strong Microsoft environment expertise
- Knowledge of Terraform or automation tools
- Experience with hosted or hybrid setups is a plus
- Interest in containers & modernization
- Ownership mindset, able to work in a small, impactful team
