Key Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain clients' calendars by scheduling appointments and sending reminders.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Conduct thorough online research and compile relevant information as needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including bookings for flights and accommodations.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and other materials for meetings.
- Ensure open and clear communication with clients to meet their needs efficiently.
- Utilize various online tools and platforms for task management and organization.
Requirements
- Making client's paper works, appointments & data entry.
- Helping client to pay bills and run errands.
- Keeping to-do list organized.
- Ensuring all errands are properly documented.
- Listing items on eBay, Marketplace, Poshmark etc.
- Must be willing to work on a graveyard schedule.
