Dieses verantwortet den IT-Servicekatalog und die Configuration Management Database, sichert die Qualität aller IT-Services und koordiniert die Leistungserbringung durch IT-Dienstleister und Outsourcing-Partner – in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team „Contracts & Commercial Provider Management“. In dieser Schlüsselrolle übernehmen Sie unter anderem folgende Aufgaben: Ihre Aufgaben Entwicklung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung einer ganzheitlichen Provider-Strategie sowie aktive Steuerung und Optimierung des IT-Provider-Portfolios, insbesondere: Management des Leistungsschnitts zwischen IT-interner und externer Leistungserbringung Kontinuierliche Überprüfung der Serviceleistungen aller Lieferanten sowie Bewertung der Eignung technischer Konzepte und Lösungsansätze; Einleitung von Eskalationen falls erforderlich Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Provider-, Service- und Delivery-Modelle im Hinblick auf Strategic Fit, Leistungsfähigkeit, Skalierbarkeit und Risiken Definition und Ausgestaltung vertraglich zu vereinbarender Service Level Agreements (SLAs) sowie übergreifende Sicherstellung von Konsistenz und Vergleichbarkeit über alle Verträge hinweg Definition, Etablierung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung eines übergreifenden Governance-Frameworks zur Steuerung externer IT-Dienstleister und Outsourcing-Partner, einschließlich der Planung, Durchführung und Nachverfolgung strategischer Provider Reviews Identifikation, Transparenz und Steuerung providerübergreifender Abhängigkeiten, Risiken und Leistungsschnitt sowie Management entsprechender Eskalationen und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen Sicherstellung der Einhaltung sämtlicher vertraglicher Verpflichtungen der IT gegenüber ihren Lieferanten (z. B.
