Für unser Print Media Center (PMC) in Wiesloch-Walldorf suchen wir einen engagierten Mediengestalter / Print Application Specialist Digitaldruck (m/w/d). Im PMC steht nicht die klassische Produktionsarbeit im Vordergrund. Unser Fokus liegt auf der Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Betreuung von Kundenvorführungen, Workshops, Applikationstests und Trainings für nationale und internationale Besucher. Als wichtiger Ansprechpartner repräsentieren Sie modernste HEIDELBERG Technologien vor Kunden aus aller Welt und tragen maßgeblich zu einem professionellen Kundenerlebnis bei. Ihre Aufgaben Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Kundenvorführungen und Applikationstests im Digitaldruck Bedienung und Betreuung modernster Digitaldrucksysteme, Workflow-Lösungen sowie angeschlossener Inline- und Nearline-Finishing-Systeme Technische Beratung und Unterstützung nationaler und internationaler Kunden während Vorführungen, Workshops und Trainings Durchführung von Produkt-, System- und Anwendungsschulungen für interne und externe Teilnehmer Analyse und Optimierung von Druck-, Weiterverarbeitungs- und Workflowprozessen Mitarbeit bei Tests neuer Maschinen, Anwendungen und Technologien Unterstützung bei Produkteinführungen, Kundenprojekten, Installationen und Serviceeinsätzen Entwicklung und Umsetzung neuer Anwendungen, Druckmuster und Applikationen Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Produktmanagement, Service und Vertrieb Ihr Profil Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Mediengestaltung, Druck- und Medientechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im Digitaldruck, vorzugsweise im Inkjet-Umfeld, ist zwingend erforderlich Fundierte Kenntnisse von Druckvorstufenprozessen sowie Workflow-Lösungen (z. B.
