We are looking for a seasoned sales professional to join our private client team in Tbilisi, someone who knows how to work with discerning buyers. You will offer clients a personal, discreet and seamless experience, and close high-value property transactions.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the personal point of contact for a portfolio of high-net-worth clients
- Bring in new clients through your existing network and personal recommendations
- Host private viewings and individual project presentations
- Shape tailored property proposals around each client’s lifestyle and investment priorities
- Negotiate and close premium transactions from start to finish
- Handle client data with full confidentiality and keep CRM records accurate
- Provide ongoing after-sales care to build long-term loyalty
- Achieve personal sales and revenue goals
Requirements
- 4+ years in premium or luxury sales, for example in real estate, private banking, luxury cars or fine jewellery
- An existing network of affluent, high-net-worth clients
- Experience in running private viewings and personal presentations
- A tactful, discreet manner and a commitment to excellent service
- Proven results in closing high-value deals
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Fluency in Russian and Georgian
- A good command of English
