In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns that generate high-quality leads and enhance customer engagement. As a key member of our marketing team, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners, including sales and product marketing, to ensure alignment and effectiveness of campaigns. You will analyze performance metrics and continuously improve campaigns based on data-driven insights to maximize ROI.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement demand generation campaigns across various channels (e.g., digital, social media, email, events).
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop lead nurturing strategies and ensure seamless lead handoff.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing.
- Demonstrated success in creating and executing B2B demand generation strategies.
- Proficient in using marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
