We are looking for a Back Office Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of our SMS and Voice services. In this role, you will configure client accounts, pricing, and routing across internal platforms, helping ensure that services are set up correctly and billed accurately.
This role suits someone who enjoys working with systems and spreadsheets, pays close attention to detail, and can manage multiple requests while following established procedures.
What You'll Do:
- Configure and update pricing, routing, rate plans, client products, and service settings across internal platforms.
- Check configurations to ensure accurate service setup and billing.
- Handle operational requests, prioritise tasks, and complete them within agreed timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders to clarify requests and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate task documentation and follow internal procedures.
- Escalate complex or critical cases and ask for clarification when instructions or requests are unclear.
Requirements
What We Are Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay focused when working on repetitive or detailed tasks.
- English at B2 level or higher.
- Practical Excel or Google Sheets skills: entering and updating data, working with tables, and using basic spreadsheet functions.
- Ability to learn new platforms, systems, and technical processes quickly.
- Ability to manage a high volume of tasks and follow step-by-step instructions.
- A responsible, flexible approach to work and clear communication.
Nice to have
- Experience in telecom, back office, or operational support.
- Experience working with service configuration platforms, databases, or other technical systems.
