Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written).
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
- Previous experience in customer service or the tourism industry is considered a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with a passion for helping travelers and tourists.
- High level of digital literacy and the ability to work in an on-site, fast-paced environment in Sofia.
