We are currently seeking a talented individual for an exciting Greek Speaking Customer Service Agent position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support to customers in Greek, ensuring brand loyalty and satisfaction.
- Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and live chat within the Customer Support Services sector.
- Resolve complex issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and helpful tone.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate technical issues when necessary.
- Consistently meet performance KPIs and quality standards to qualify for the Monthly Performance Bonus.
- Contribute to a positive team environment while working on-site in Sofia.
Requirements
- Native or fluent Greek (spoken and written) is absolutely essential for this role.
- Valid EU passport (mandatory for employment in Bulgaria).
- Previous experience in Customer Support Services or a client-facing environment is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in English to collaborate with our multicultural team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a passion for helping others.
- Availability to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria.
