Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written).
- Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to solve problems efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using computers and multiple software applications.
- Previous experience in customer support, payments, or fintech is an advantage but not required.
- Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria if currently living abroad.
- EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Bulgaria.
