Requirements
- Fluency in German (spoken and written).
- Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven attitude.
- Comfortable working with computers, CRM systems, and multiple software applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of an international team.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, telesales, account management, or the energy sector is an advantage but not required.
- Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria if currently living abroad.
- EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Bulgaria.
