Responsibilities
- Assist customers with banking inquiries and provide information on products and services in both Danish and English.
- Utilize your sales expertise to understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
- Support clients with account openings, transactions, and banking-related tasks.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and achieve sales targets.
- Handle customer complaints efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Accurately document all interactions and transactions in our systems.
- Stay updated on banking regulations and products for effective customer support.
Requirements
- Fluent in Danish and well-versed in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- A minimum of 2 years in sales, preferably in a banking environment.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to perform under pressure while managing multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with banking software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is an advantage.
- Willingness to relocate to Malta and embrace its unique cultural experience.
