Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer support to Danish-speaking clients via live chat, email, and telephone.
- Assist with inquiries related to gaming accounts, promotions, and technical support.
- Efficiently resolve issues while maintaining an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an optimal gaming experience for customers.
- Stay informed regarding company products and industry trends to provide relevant and informed assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and proficiency in English; proficiency in additional languages is considered an asset.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the iGaming sector.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Aptitude for managing multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and relevant tools is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Malta and adapt to a new cultural landscape.
