In this position, you will engage with our players, analyze behavior patterns, and work diligently to implement responsible gaming policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor player activities and utilize data analysis to assess and address potential gambling issues.
- Develop and apply responsible gaming strategies and initiatives.
- Provide valuable support and resources to players regarding responsible gaming.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to foster a responsible gaming culture within the organization.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations focused on player behavior and responsible gaming efforts.
- Stay informed of industry trends, regulations, and best practices surrounding responsible gaming.
- Facilitate training and workshops for staff on responsible gaming topics.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the iGaming sector.
- Fluency in Danish and proficiency in English; ability to speak additional languages is advantageous.
- Familiarity with responsible gaming practices is a significant plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Willing to relocate to Malta and embrace the local culture.
