We are looking for enthusiastic, tech-savvy young professionals to join an international team in sunny Athens, Greece. What You'll Do Every Day
- Be the Guide: Connect with Dutch-speaking customers via inbound phone calls, chat, or email to help them choose the ultimate devices and accessories for their lifestyle.
- Make the Connection: Guide users through the online store, help them track missing packages, or handle order returns and cancellations with ease.
- Level Up Your Skills: Learn both the sales and service sides of the business, keeping your daily routine fresh, exciting, and dynamic.

Requirements
- Language Skills: Native or C1-level Dutch speaker with a good command of English (B2) for your training and team communication.
- Tech Love: A solid understanding of computers and a typing speed of at least 25 words per minute. If you are already a fan of macOS or iOS, that's a massive plus!
- Positive Energy: A vibrant personality who loves chatting with people and thrives on using positive language to turn someone's day around.
