Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via chat, email, and phone to Dutch-speaking clients.
- Promptly address and resolve customer questions and concerns.
- Guide customers through our gaming services to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with your team to ensure the delivery of high-quality service.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to assist in continuous service improvement.
- Participate in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of products and enhance service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and a good command of English; knowledge of other languages is advantageous.
- Experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service platforms is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Malta and engage with a new culture.
