About the Role
As a Customer Expert, you will be the first point of contact for customers and a trusted representative of Mercedes-Benz. Your role is not simply to answer questions — it is to create a smooth, reassuring, high-quality experience for every customer you support.
You will:
- Support customers via phone, email, and chat
- Provide guidance regarding products and services
- Offer thoughtful solutions to questions and concerns
- Handle each interaction with professionalism and care
- Represent a brand known for precision, quality, and trust
This is a position for someone who enjoys communication, values detail, and takes pride in helping others.
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch with very good English skills
- Passionate about cars (a strong plus)
- Experienced in customer service (at least 6 months preferred)
- Calm, solution-oriented, and confident in communication
- Comfortable with technology and eager to learn
- Naturally positive, responsible, and reliable
