Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via chat, email, and phone to Finnish-speaking clients.
- Address and resolve customer questions and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Guide customers through our products and services to enhance their gaming experience.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure top-notch service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collect and report customer feedback to aid in continuous improvement.
- Participate in training sessions to broaden product knowledge and strengthen service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and a strong command of English; additional languages are an asset.
- Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Malta and engage in a new cultural experience.
