Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate documentation of moderation actions and contribute to analytical reporting efforts.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance and refine moderation processes and practices.
- Remain informed about industry trends and updates relating to content moderation policies.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and a strong command of English; knowledge of additional languages is considered advantageous.
- Exceptional attention to detail and robust analytical capabilities.
- Able to perform effectively under pressure while managing competing priorities.
- Prior experience in content moderation is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on user satisfaction and community engagement.
