Key Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure adherence to safety and community guidelines.
- Identify inappropriate content and escalate violations as necessary.
- Document moderation activities and contribute to reports.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to optimize moderation procedures.
- Keep up-to-date with content moderation trends and policy updates.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and strong proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
- Previous experience in content moderation is an advantage, but not required.
- Effective communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
