Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier customer support through live chat, email, and phone for our German-speaking customers.

- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to meet service goals and uphold quality standards.

Requirements
- Fluent in German and proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
