On behalf of our client, a global online video-sharing and social media platform headquartered in the United States, we are looking for Icelandic-speaking Customer Care & Technical Support Specialists to join an on-site team in Athens.

Your Role:
- Provide customer care and technical support via email and chat (no phone support)
- Support content creators and monetized partners with account settings and content-related inquiries
- Assist with monetization questions and partner program inquiries
- Guide users through account recovery and appeals processes
- Troubleshoot platform-related technical issues
- Work in a structured, tool-based environment with ongoing training and support
- Participate in regular team meetings and coaching sessions
Requirements
- Fluent Icelandic (C1/native level, written and spoken)
- Very good English (C1 level)
- EU citizenship (mandatory)
- Strong written communication skills
- Advanced PC and internet navigation skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- General understanding of online advertising tools is a plus
- Ability to multitask and adapt to process changes
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
