Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support to Polish-speaking clients through live chat, email, and phone.
- Address inquiries regarding products, accounts, and promotions while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on company products and industry trends to offer informed support.
Requirements
- Fluent in Polish and proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, especially within the iGaming or related industries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with customer service tools and CRM systems is an advantage.
