We're not joining a category, we're defining it.</span></p><p><span>We're looking for someone who will replace the manual work of three editors with systems that publish content across 100+ client sites automatically, with zero errors. If your idea of automation is a Zapier workflow strung together with some no-code tools, this role will be a hard adjustment.</span><br></p><p><span><strong>What you'll do</strong></span></p><p><span><strong>Automation development (50%)</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Build automated systems that publish content across WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, and custom CMS setups. No manual uploads.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Use Claude Code daily to write automation scripts, build API integration layers, and refactor code as the pipeline evolves.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Apply real SEO knowledge, on page, off page, and technical, so automated content actually performs, not just publishes correctly.</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong>Technical quality assurance (30%)</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Build QA layers that catch bad or obviously AI sounding content before it reaches a client site, not after.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Track every code change, get it reviewed, and test it on a staging site before it goes live on a client's site.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Before switching AI models to cut cost, test the new model against real examples and prove it's just as good. Don't just swap it and hope.</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong>Project coordination (20%)</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Document what you build so the team isn't stuck needing you to explain it later.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Sync with content and fulfillment teams to keep the pipeline moving smoothly.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span><strong>You'll thrive here if...</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Claude Code is already how you build things, not something you're still getting used to.</span></p></li><li><p><span>You test somewhere safe before anything touches a real client site.</span></p></li><li><p><span>You write your own code to build automation. You don't rely on no-code tools like Zapier or n8n.</span></p></li><li><p><span>You don't wait to be told what to do. You see the gap and you move.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Deadlines don't rattle you. Ambiguity doesn't either.</span></p></li><li><p><span>You communicate clearly, especially when things are unclear.</span></p></li><li><p><span>You can laugh at a chaotic week on Friday and mean it.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span><strong>What we're looking for</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>5+ years working with CMS platforms at a technical level. WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or similar.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Real hands on experience with Claude Code. Connected to a repo, using context files, not just </span><a target="_blank" href="http://Claude.ai"><span>Claude.ai</span></a><span> in a browser.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong scripting in Python or JavaScript.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with Git and code review. You test changes on a staging site before publishing to a live client site.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Hands on experience building your own API integrations and automations, webhooks or similar. Not just connecting no-code platforms like Zapier or n8n.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with automated testing, Playwright, pytest, or similar.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Solid, current SEO knowledge.
