Art Director (hands on)
We’re looking for a hands-on Art Director to shape Tylko’s visual direction across campaigns and marketing channels: someone who comes up with the ideas, designs a big part of the work themselves, and art-directs our external production partners to make sure everything we create meets the Tylko standard.
About the Brand Marketing Team
We’re a diverse group of graphic designers, 3D artists, photo production specialists, and copywriters, working together to create all content across Tylko’s channels, together with a network of external 3D studios, photographers and production partners. Curiosity, taste, and a drive to make things better are what we run on.
About the Role
As Art Director, you’ll join the Brand Marketing team and work closely with the Creative Director, designers, the performance marketing team and cross-functional teams across marketing and e-commerce. You’ll turn briefs into strong campaign concepts and bring them to life consistently across all channels, partly with your own hands and partly by directing external 3D studios, artists and other production partners. This is a hands-on role with real ownership: you set the visual direction, and you’re responsible for the quality and performance of what goes live.
What You'll Do
You’ll take ownership, make things happen, and see your impact. Specifically, you will:
Develop campaign concepts and key visuals for launches and seasonal campaigns, and build them into consistent, recognisable campaigns across every touchpoint: paid, website, newsletters, organic social and offline
Create campaign toolkits and guidelines so every channel, market and partner works from the same visual system
Design and art-direct performance creative for Meta, Google, Pinterest and TikTok, and work closely with the performance marketing team to turn data and insights into new creative directions and continuous improvements
Art-direct 3D and CGI productions, such as product renders, interior scenes and animations, as well as photo and video shoots when needed: brief external studios and partners, lead feedback rounds and make sure the output is on-brand, on time and at the right level of quality
Design a big part of the work yourself, from key visuals to final assets
Act as the quality gatekeeper for Tylko’s visual output across channels and European markets, and keep evolving Tylko’s visual language so it stays sharp and consistent

What We're Looking For
6+ years of experience in graphic design or art direction, in-house or agency
A portfolio showing integrated campaigns rolled out across channels, performance creative, and art-directed 3D/CGI work
Proven experience designing performance creative and working with data: creative testing, iterations and an understanding of what drives results
Proven experience directing 3D/CGI productions with external studios or artists, including precise, constructive feedback on renders and animations
Strong conceptual thinking combined with excellent craft and attention to detail
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign) and Figma; motion and video skills are a strong plus
Practical familiarity with AI tools and the curiosity to push them further
Fluency in English (C1)
Working from our Warsaw office at least 3 days per week
