Insurance Operations Support Specialist (primarily Auto Insurance)
Responsibilities:
- Provides operational and administrative support for insurance activities, primarily in the Auto Insurance sector.
- Communicates with and supports partners on insurance-related matters.
- Liaises with insurance companies and external partners.
- Enters and updates customer and policy information in the insurance management systems.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date customer records and insurance documentation.
- Responds to customer and partner enquiries regarding policies, claims and procedures.
- Ensures that all insurance documentation and related activities comply with applicable regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Degree from a university, Technological Educational Institute (TEI) or Vocational Training Institute (IEK).
- At least two years of experience in an insurance company or insurance agency is desirable.
- BoG Insurance Agent Certification .
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Familiarity with insurance company pricing portals and Blue Byte software.
