Requirements
What we're looking for
- Proven B2B sales or closing experience — staffing, services, SaaS, or similar preferred
- Exceptional communication skills — this is a phone-first sales role. Your ability to speak clearly, build instant rapport, and carry a conversation with confidence is your most important asset. Every word you say on a cold call is your product.
- Comfortable working leads by phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Self-motivated and disciplined — you don't need a manager over your shoulder
- Based in the US and able to sell to US businesses during business hours
- Coachable, organized, and consistent in follow-up
- Hungry for uncapped, performance-based income
