Senior Data Scientist (f/d/m).

Make an Impact by:

• Analyze charging data, billing flows, and customer usage to identify drivers of revenue, cost, and engagement.
• Build predictive models for churn, load forecasting, pricing, and promotion effectiveness.
• Forecast future churn and customer behavior: which drivers will stop charging or stop paying, why, for which car brand or fleet, and what revenue is at risk.
• Build and maintain dbt models in Snowflake for charging sessions, contracts, and customer behavior, with a clear grain, tests, and documentation for every table.
• Develop and govern the semantic layer, so that KPIs such as active customers, churn, and kWh are defined once and give the same number everywhere.
• Own the end-to-end customer behavior pipeline, from source data to model to forecast to dashboard, including monitoring and a monthly check of forecast against actuals.
• Build AI agents on top of the semantic layer that answer business questions reliably, with guardrails and checks against known numbers.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests and other experiments to validate product and commercial initiatives.
• Develop advanced analytics in Snowflake and PostgreSQL, leveraging Python or R for modeling.
• Translate complex models into actionable insights and communicate results to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with analysts and engineers to ensure data availability, quality, and scalability.

Your Profile

• 5 to 8 years of experience in data science, ideally in mobility, energy, or fintech.
• Strong SQL skills (Snowflake, PostgreSQL) and solid experience with Python (or R).
• Hands-on experience with dbt and with defining metrics in a semantic or metrics layer.
• Proven track record of applying ML and statistical models to real-world business problems, including churn or time-series forecasting with honest validation (backtests, holdout periods).
• Practical experience building with LLMs or AI agents, and the habit of checking what they produce.
• Experience with experimentation frameworks and advanced statistical methods.
• Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) for storytelling and insight communication.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to bridge technical outputs with strategic decisions.
• Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
