Your Tasks
For our Prospecting & Formats team, we’re looking for an organized individual with an analytical mindset who is eager to actively help shape the operational management and optimization of our locations.- Data Champion & Attention to Detail: You’ll be responsible for updating and maintaining our location overviews, floor space and format data, as well as the associated documentation.
- Support in Maintenance Management: You’ll assist us with operational maintenance management. This means tracking repair orders, obtaining status updates from our service providers, and maintaining our maintenance overviews.
- Coordination for Store Openings: During renovations, maintenance, and new store openings, you’ll keep everything organized. You’ll prepare documents, structure handover reports, and ensure that plans and documents are filed completely and accurately.
- Analytical Support & Reporting: You’ll create regular reports and KPI overviews on maintenance and real estate topics and present them clearly in presentations.
- Special Projects & Team Support: Whether it’s the rollout of new store formats, pilot locations, or internal process optimizations—you’ll provide operational support to the team in day-to-day business and coordinate independently with our internal departments.

What you bring to the Table
- You’re known for your structured, independent, and extremely meticulous approach to work—you always keep track of things, even when dealing with large amounts of data.
- You’re proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel (for structured data management) and PowerPoint (for compelling presentations).
- You have a strong hands-on approach, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working as part of a team.
- Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English round out your profile.
