About the Team:
As a regional accounting shared service center, it is responsible for providing high-quality, efficient, and standardized accounting services to the region, effectively fulfilling accounting monitoring responsibilities, and delivering high-quality financial reports that comply with international accounting standards, Chinese accounting standards, and local accounting standards.
About the Job:
Manage distributor and partner sell-in. Track order fulfillment, payment collections, and inventory turnover to ensure healthy channel operations.
Work closely with channel partners to achieve quarterly and annual distribution sales targets.
Monitor inventory levels across the channel, flag excess or aging stock early, and coordinate with partners on mitigation plans to prevent overstock and obsolescence.
Analyze sell-through data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities; provide regular reporting to management.
Ensure product availability and visibility across key retail stores, drive shelf share, fixture placement, demo table setup, and point-of-sale material deployment in line with brand standards.
Establish and maintain retail audit routines to monitor compliance on display, demo device functionality, and merchandising execution.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with distributors, retail buyers, and carrier partners across Canada.
Identify and onboard new channel partners where needed to expand coverage in underpenetrated regions or retail verticals.
The total target annual compensation for this position ranges from $48,000 to $94,000 depending depending on education, experience, and demonstrated expertise.
About the ideal candidate:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in channel sales, retail operations, or trade marketing in Canada, ideally within consumer electronics, telecommunications, or FMCG.
Proven track record of managing distributor relationships and achieving sell-in/sell-through targets.
Strong understanding of Canadian retail landscape such as major chains, carrier channels and independent dealer networks.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
