We are looking for an experienced IT Site Support Lead to manage and drive end-to-end IT operations delivery for a large enterprise environment. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, stakeholder management experience, and hands-on infrastructure support expertise.

📌 Key Responsibilities:
* Own end-to-end service delivery for Malaysia engagement
* Lead onsite and offshore support teams
* Manage escalations, shifts, and operational governance
* Ensure SLA/KPI compliance across IT support functions
* Act as SPOC for customer stakeholders and governance meetings
* Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
* Ensure adherence to security, audit, and compliance standards
