We are looking for Engineering Manager.
Your main tasks will be:
- Lead a cross-functional team of 7–10 engineers (backend, frontend, QA, AQA)
- Own end-to-end feature delivery, from requirements to release
- Run the team’s development process: sprint planning, estimation, decomposition, DoR/DoD
- Take part in feature design and technical decision-making
- Ensure the reliability of the team’s services: monitoring, alerting, incident reviews, postmortems
- Partner with the Product Manager on backlog prioritization
We expect from you:
- 3+ years of commercial development experience (.NET / Java / Python)
- 1+ year of experience leading a cross-functional team
- Understanding of microservice architecture: REST / gRPC, RabbitMQ / Kafka
- Observability: logging, metrics, tracing (ELK, Grafana, DataDog or similar)
- Agile practices (Scrum / Kanban)
Nice to have: - Understanding of frontend architecture (React) and mobile development (React Native)
- Knowledge of QA processes and test automation
