Experienced Second Charge Case Manager
Job Description:
We are expanding and looking for an experienced Second Charge Case Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will work closely with our Second Charge Mortgage Advisers, handling the following responsibilities:
Documentation Check: Verify client documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Case Packaging: Prepare and package cases to be submitted to lenders.
Pre-Underwriting: Conduct pre-underwriting assessments to ensure cases meet initial lending criteria.
Application Processing: Oversee the application process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth transition through each stage.
Client Updates: Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing updates throughout the process.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Case Manager within Second Charges.
Familiarity with working in a regulatory compliance environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills.
