Be a partner in South Wales!
A unique company
As the UK’s leading provider of optical care at home, we are searching for entrepreneurial optometrists to partner with us - combining your ambition to deliver life-changing care and our award-winning support to help you build and grow your own optometry business.
Driven by our belief that clinically excellent eye care should be accessible and affordable for all, we deliver a life-changing service right across the UK, supporting the NHS to provide vital eye care to people who may struggle to get to the high street unaided.
Following our recent alliance with Optimism Health Group, we are transforming our business to provide an even better service to our customers by introducing a Joint Venture Partnership package.
The opportunity
As a joint venture partner in South Wales, you will be free to do what you do best, visiting patients in their homes in various settings, including private homes, care homes or sheltered accommodation. You will have access to industry-leading equipment to help you perform quality eye care, ensuring that the most vulnerable in our society are not left behind.
Partners have access to a steady flow of patients and the flexibility to manage their day, with the freedom to be out and about rather than tied to a testing room all the time. In addition, being a partner allows you to use your clinical expertise and develop further through OutsideClinic's industry-leading professional development programme.
Our partnerships are open to all optometrists, wherever they are in their journey. If you are a patient-centred individual passionate about delivering eye care to those who most need our help, this could be an opportunity for you.
The package
As a joint venture partner, you do optometry and we do the rest. We give you the flexibility to manage your own day, the time and support needed to deliver excellent care and the vast range of benefits that come with a career at OutsideClinic. These include:
Guaranteed client acquisition
Industry-leading technology
The opportunity to use your clinical expertise and develop it further through our CPD programme
Comprehensive business mentoring and development support
Sales, marketing and accountancy support
HR, legal and contracts support
Customer services support
Patient and diary management
Clinical and administrative support provided by our award-winning professional services team
