Product Domain Lead – AI Platform
We’re looking for a Product Domain Lead who combines strong product thinking with hands-on execution in the context of AI-driven software. In this role, you’ll own a strategic product domain within NOVA, with the freedom to shape its direction and the responsibility to ensure the team is solving the right problems.
You will report to the CPO and collaborate closely with the other Domain Lead, Engineering, UX/UI, Customer Success, Marketing and Management to identify opportunities, validate assumptions, and translate customer and business needs into clear product bets. Beyond managing priorities, you’ll help define how we discover opportunities, make product decisions, and continuously improve the way we build AI-native products.
This is a role with direct impact on product strategy, customer value, platform evolution, and the long-term direction of NOVA and a chance to help shape the future of how companies are discovered in an AI-first world.
What You’ll Do
- Own a product domain and drive its strategy, priorities, roadmap, and outcomes
- Identify customer problems, market opportunities, and product improvements through research, feedback, usage data, and experimentation
- Follow developments in AI, search, SaaS, and adjacent markets to identify opportunities, risks, and emerging trends
- Shape product opportunities into clear, actionable bets with well-defined scope, assumptions, and success criteria
- Partner closely with Engineering and Product Design throughout discovery, validation, development, and launch
- Use AI tooling to accelerate market research, customer analysis, product exploration, prototyping, and decision-making
- Balance customer needs, business goals, and technical considerations to make informed product decisions
- Measure product performance, adoption, and impact, continuously learning and iterating based on outcomes
- Help improve product discovery, shaping, prioritization, and delivery processes across the organization
- Ensure teams remain focused on the highest-impact opportunities and outcomes
Who You Are
- You have 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a similar role, within SaaS or technology companies is a must.
- You have a strong track record of turning customer problems, market opportunities, and business goals into successful product outcomes
- You excel at defining priorities, making trade-offs, and bringing clarity to complex or ambiguous situations
- You collaborate effectively with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and Leadership teams
- You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset
- You actively use AI tools to improve research, analysis, product discovery, and decision-making
- You’re curious about AI, emerging technologies, and how they are reshaping software products and digital discovery
- Experience with AI products, LLMs, platform products, SEO, GEO, marketing technology, or search-related products is a plus
- Available full-time at our office at the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven

Salary range
