Job Title: Junior HR Operations Specialist
Job Location: Bucharest， Romania
Main Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end leased workforce processes for local staff & Chinese expatriates
Support recruitment control tasks and prepare reports for regional and HQ teams
Take charge of escalations and ensure they’re resolved within SLA
Work closely on processes like talent selection, contract extensions, evaluations, and fee adjustments
Build strong partnerships with HR reps, suppliers, and cross-functional teams
Proactively detect risks and propose process improvements
Collaborate with our China HQ & regional centers of excellence
Drive digital HR transformation through automation and continuous service enhancement
Analyze data to boost employee experience and operational quality
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
Solid MS Office skills （Excel, PowerPoint）
Strong time and project management know-how
Analytical mindset and a solution-oriented approach
Fluent English communication (Chinese is a big plus!)
Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills
Passion for data, optimization, and elevating the employee journey
