- Assist with day-to-day business operations and administrative tasks.
- Support financial analysis and reporting, including data entry and review.
- Help prepare and maintain business documents, presentations, and reports.
- Assist with market research and analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Provide support in organizing company events, meetings, and other activities.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and streamline business operations.
Your profile
Skills and Experience- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude.
- Prior experience in a startup role is a plus but not required.
- Fast learning and quick to grasp complex topics
- A team player with a hands-on mentality
- Authentic and reflective self
- Self-Organizer and structures workstyle to keep focus and get things done
- Good listener and effective communicator in cross-sectional team
- Curious and open-minded
- Valid Work Permit for Germany, or able to obtain a permit
- Location: Exciting industrial Co-Working Space in Mazahn where we have our own industrial halls to build
