The Senior Manager will ensure safe, reliable, and mission-focused optical test, operations, and evaluation activities supporting government and commercial customers. This role combines program management, technical leadership, stakeholder engagement, and facility stewardship. Position Responsibilities Include: Manages employees and mid-level managers performing business management activities in the area of Program Management Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, objectives Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes Manages, develops and motivates employees and mid-level managers Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): This position requires an active U.S. Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required).
