Field Service Technician (m/f/d).

Your Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, vacuum, and control system issues.
Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, sensor, and communications-related problems.
Perform preventive maintenance inspections and service.
Analyze equipment performance and implement corrective actions.
Document service activities and provide detailed service reports.
Support customers by phone, email, and remote diagnostics when appropriate.
Train customer personnel on equipment operation and maintenance.
Follow all safety protocols.

Your Qualifications and Skills

Experience with plastic resin handling systems(vacuum conveying, drying, dosing& mixing) is preferable.
2 to 5 years working with similar equipment.
High school diploma or technical certification.
Valid driver’s license.
Proficiency in reading electrical schematics.
Troubleshooting electrical and pneumatical issues.
Active listening to understand customers’ needs.
Clear Verbal & Written Communication.
Customer Relationship Building.
