About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Senior Associate – Graphic Designer (Employer Branding) to support branding and communication initiatives across multiple GCC client accounts.
As part of the broader Employer Branding team, you will collaborate with designers, brand managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to create compelling visual experiences across digital campaigns, social media, presentations, print collaterals, events, and office branding.
This is a hands-on, individual contributor role suited for someone with strong design fundamentals, creative thinking, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to independently manage projects from concept to execution while balancing multiple priorities and timelines.
Responsibilities

Create high-quality designs across digital, print, presentations, social media, campaigns, events, merchandise, and office branding.

Independently manage creative requirements across multiple GCC client accounts while adhering to respective brand guidelines.

Translate creative briefs into effective visual concepts, bringing fresh ideas and thoughtful design solutions to projects.

Collaborate closely with designers, brand managers, and the broader Employer Branding team to deliver cohesive and effective creative solutions.

Provide design recommendations and creative guidance to stakeholders when required, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and design best practices.

Own design projects from brief to final delivery, managing priorities and timelines while ensuring accuracy and production readiness.

Integrate AI-powered tools into design workflows to enhance creative exploration, efficiency, and productivity.
Requirements

4–6 years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.

Strong portfolio showcasing work across digital, print, presentations, and brand communications.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and PowerPoint/Google Slides.

Strong design fundamentals, including typography, layout, visual hierarchy, composition, colour theory, and brand consistency.

Good understanding of print production, artwork preparation, and production-ready file requirements.

Ability to effectively integrate AI-powered tools into creative workflows, from ideation to execution.

Ability to independently manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to different brand guidelines.

Strong communication, teamwork, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide constructive design recommendations.

A continuous learning mindset, with the willingness to explore new tools, design trends, and techniques to improve creative output.
Nice to Have

Basic motion graphics or video editing skills.

Familiarity with Canva, Figma and other collaborative design tools.

Experience working with GCCs, global brands, or corporate communication teams.

Prior experience in a creative or design agency, handling multiple client accounts and diverse creative requirements.
