We are seeking an individual with an unwavering dedication to exceptional patient care, a collaborative spirit, intrinsic motivation for helping others, and an acute attention to detail—all complemented by a polished, professional, service minded demeanor.
✍️ DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct 1:1 member consultations for weight management and metabolic health, applying the JumpstartMD program.
- Conduct 1:1 member consultations for hormone replacement therapy, applying the JumpstartMD program.
- Learn and effectively integrate additional care protocols including advanced lipid testing, risk stratification, and management, hormonal and peptide therapies, skin and hair, sexual health, micronutrient optimization, and more.
- Provide routine patient care, including examinations, screenings, and medication administration.
- Ensure up-to-date patient records, ordering and evaluating lab tests as needed.
- Conduct follow-up calls and promptly respond to post-visit inquiries.
- Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and productivity metrics in delivering quality patient care.
- Support team by assisting with medical and program-related questions, attending meetings, and completing required training.
🥼 QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Texas, California or Flordia. (Additional state licenses are a major plus)
- Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
- DEA Registration Certificate.
- OIG Clearance and NPI number
- Must be able to meet and receive a background check to include criminal records clearance.
