What You’ll Do Includes:
- Maintain homes and association properties throughout Beaver Creek’s Upper Village and respond to guest maintenance requests through ALICE
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, hot tubs, pools, spas, and irrigation systems
- Complete general repairs including basic electrical, carpentry, painting, and drywall
- Perform routine equipment checks, water chemistry maintenance, and preventative maintenance
- Work independently to diagnose problems, make repairs, and keep properties operating at their best

Our Ideal Candidate:
- At least 18 with a mechanically inclined mindset with strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Experience with several of the following: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, painting, drywall, irrigation, and pools/spas.
- A professional, trustworthy, and dependable approach with a strong customer service mindset.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis, without a specific end date.
- A valid Colorado driver’s license.
