What you'll do
• Hire a senior, detail-driven team and make it productive within a quarter.

• Ship continuously behind feature flags with disciplined, progressive rollouts and a high quality bar.
• Deliver tablet-first UX quality worthy of a sales tool used in front of customers.
Qualifications
• 8+ years of engineering including building a team from zero that shipped fast.
• Production .NET experience and modern web front-ends; cross-platform or mobile delivery experience strongly preferred.
• Has operated continuous delivery with progressive rollout and feature flags.
• Player-coach; metric-driven delivery; fast pace with discipline.
About Moon
Moon’s mission is to reinvent the home improvement experience end to end. From AI-driven marketing and in-home 3D design to sales, service, and operations, Moon unifies the entire customer and business journey on a single platform — supercharged by Luna, our proprietary AI engine. Where most operators stitch together disconnected tools that don't understand the homeowner, we're building the unified operating system the industry has never had. We're a rapidly growing team of committed builders, driven to reimagine how this industry sells, designs, and delivers — and to power the next generation of operators, from single-location dealers to national franchise networks.
Moon is an ambitious company reinventing the home improvement experience. We have the unique opportunity to work with market leading customers such as Closet World, Closets by Design, Closet Dimensions, and Brio Water. We build for the home improvement industry from within it.
