RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research and capture a content creator's personality, mood, content, community and other defining features into a 2D collectible
- Quickly create initial concepts and effectively incorporate feedback into following iterations
- Interpret your 2D concept into turnarounds to prepare for 3D modeling
- Assist our 3D modelers by making supplemental 2D assets
- Meet design deadlines
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years of experience in concept art/drawing/sketching
- Strong experience using Photoshop, Illustrator or Procreate
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to effectively multitask, prioritize and problem solve
- Strong understanding of art fundamentals: colour theory, perspective and proportions
- Visual development best-practices: roughs, silhouettes, lineups.
- Excellent visual eye and attention to detail
Bonus Points
- Experience with 3D Programs such as Maya and Z-Brush
- Experience with traditional art such as painting or sculpting
- Degree in Fine Art, Graphic Design, Illustration, Animation or a related discipline
