About the role
We are looking for a Graphic Design & Content Specialist to deliver a range of communication material and continue the evolution of the Titan DMS brand.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will work as part of our marketing team to develop creative concepts and deliver high-quality visual communication across digital, print, web, video, events, campaigns and other brand applications.
This is not simply a production design role. We are looking for someone with strong creative judgement who can interpret and improve briefs as well as commit to the generation and implementation of daily marketing material.
You will also work with and contribute to AI tools and agents being developed to support Titan's marketing team, helping us explore how AI can improve creative quality, consistency and efficiency while maintaining strong human design judgement.
What you'll do
- Develop high-quality design across multiple channels.
- Help evolve and strengthen the Titan DMS visual identity and consistency.
- Translate business objectives and complex information into clear and engaging visual communication.
- Work collaboratively with marketing colleagues to develop campaign concepts and creative approaches.
- Take projects from initial concept through to final production.
- Maintain high standards of typography, layout, imagery and visual execution.
- Proactively contribute creative ideas and recommendations.
- Use and help develop AI-assisted creative workflows.
- Provide creative guidance to internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Contribute to copywriting, content development, and implementation of marketing and communications activity.
These responsibilities reflect the broader role expectation of contributing to creative concepts, brand development and the quality of Titan's visual communication, rather than simply producing artwork.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 5 years' professional graphic design experience.
- A strong portfolio of commercial design work.
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite capability, including video editing
- Strong conceptual thinking and hands-on design skills.
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout, composition and visual communication.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
- Confidence presenting ideas and explaining creative rationale.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Interest in AI and emerging creative technologies.
Experience with photography, motion graphics, digital design, B2B or technology brands would be advantageous.
