Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CF) 2026-2027 School Year

Our structured CF program is built to help you grow into a confident, successful school-based SLP with mentorship, resources, and a team that truly has your back.
We’ve supported 50+ CF-SLPs, and 100% have earned their CCC-SLP.
- Duration: August 13th, 2026 - June 11th, 2027
- Schedule: Full Time | 35 hours per week
- Salary: $66,000-$68,000 (annualized salary based on experience)
- Grades: K-5
What You’ll Do:
- Provide speech-language therapy to students
- Conduct assessments and contribute to IEP development
- Deliver individual and group therapy services
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education teams
- Build experience across AAC, articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
- Receive ongoing feedback and clinical guidance throughout your CFY

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
- Eligible for state SLP licensure prior to start date
- Interest in working in school-based settings
- New graduates encouraged to apply

- Weekly paid salary (paid over 52 weeks!) includes benefits, paid time off, pay during all school holidays including Thanksgiving Break, Winter Break, and Spring Break
