Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Part-Time Leave Coverage | Fall 2026

We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join a supportive elementary school team in the Boulder area for a leave coverage opportunity during the 2026–2027 school year. This position offers the chance to work in a collaborative educational setting while receiving ongoing support from AnthroMed's team of experienced school-based clinicians.
Position Overview
- Location: Broomfield, Colorado
- School Setting: Elementary School
- Schedule: 24 hours per week (0.6 FTE)
- Start Date: August 4, 2026
- End Date: December 18, 2026
- Leave coverage assignment with potential for extension into second semester
- Work schedule to be determined in collaboration with school leadership

Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Speech-Language Pathologist license or currently in the process of obtaining licensure
- Minimum of one year of school-based experience required
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for supporting students in educational settings
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Rate: $50-$55 per hour
Employees who work fewer than 30 hours per week are considered part-time and are eligible for AnthroMed's 401(k) retirement plan.
